To be honest ur test scores are fine but that GPa is what worries me Rutgers tries to be selective you will need atleast like a 3.3 to get in if your not going on an athletic scholarship I applied I had a 4.25 and a 28 on the ACT and 1500 on the sat I got in put my sister had a 3.0 23 on ACT and 1300 on SAT but she was put on the “waiting List” because they said her GPA was alittle low and they would give her a responce at the end of the second quarter to see if her GPa inproved so if I were you I would continue applying to other school as well dont just rely on Rutgers. You have a good shott because of your tests scores and ur active in ur school and u are a Minority so blow em away with ur essay and you shouldnt have a problem good luck
