converting decimals to fractions is easy 0.3 is read “three tenths. As a fraction it is 3/10. Be careful with some of the answers, you may have to simplify. 0.4 is 4/10 but if you simplify you get 2/5.
Sorry, I don’t understand the list of numbers you wrote after that.
Hint: if the number has one number behind the decimal put it over 10. If the number has two numbers behind the decimal then make 100 your denominator. and so on
